Hi friends, I'm so happy you're here. My name is Tara Meadows, and I am a Board Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner passionate about guiding others toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. At Mindful Meadows, my mission is to empower you to nourish your body, mind, and soul with intentional choices rooted in faith, wellness, and community.
I believe that true health goes beyond what’s on our plates. It’s about being mindful of the ingredients we consume, the thoughts we entertain, and the habits we cultivate. Transformation begins in the mind, and small, purposeful steps lead to lasting changes over time.
My passion for nutrition and wellness began over a decade ago during my personal health journey. After years of struggling with what I thought were just "normal" ailments of aging, I finally connected with a NP who helped transform my understanding of what true holistic health was and the important role nutrition played. By addressing the root causes through proper nutrition and quality supplements, I was able to regulate my insulin, balance my hormones, reduce inflammation, and heal my gut-just to name a few!!
As I witnessed my own life and vitality transform, it sparked a deep desire to help others experience the same freedom and energy.
Combining my passion for wellness with years of learning and experience, I am excited to help guide others toward balanced and vibrant living.
